Between Dunedin and the Clutha Ferry House, weekly. Between the Clutha Ferry House and Invercargill, fortnightly. The days of departure from, and arrival at, each station, to be as fixed from time to time by the Postmaster. The Government will not be bound to accept of the lowest Tender that may be sent in.
