TARANAKI.
The 16th instant is also the latest date from Taranaki, whence we now receive copies of two newspapers published in that province. The political iteni from Taranaki, is, that the ' responsible' ministry, the first of the system quite recently established in that province, was giving up the seals of office in consequence of an adverse debate in the Council. \
