And further, in pursuance of said Ordinance, I hereby appoint Alfred Chetham Strode, Esq., of Dunedin, R.M., to preside at said Meeting :• and, in the event of a poll being demanded, I hereby appoint the Polling to take place in the said Hall of the Mechanics' Institution, on Friday, the 7th day of the said month of August, 1857.
