CATTLE ON TERMS. A SETTLER fesiding in the West Taieri Hundred, is willing to Depasture about One Hundred Head of Cattle on terms. The Pasture is excellent and abundant. Every care will be taken of the Cattle, and the young Stock will be broken in to bale. For particulars apply at the office of this paper. FOR SALE, ABOUT 130 Acres of Land, belonging to James Hunter, situate about the middle of the North-east Valley — that is to say, 30 acres of Suburban Land, bounded by the public road, more than the half of which has been fenced and under crop ; and about 100 acres of Bush Land, purchased from Mr. Mantell ; there is a Dwelling-house and Barn on the premises. The bush contains a large quantity of good timber for sawing, and on the stream running through the land a Sawmill and Thrashing-mill may be erected. This property has many advantages — the land is good — plenty of timber for all purposes — good water-fall and plenty of water for driving machinery — is near Dunedin — is under no restrictions, &c.
