OTAGO, PROPERTY INVESTMENT COMPANY.
The Fourth Annual General Meeting of this Company was held on Monday the 11th instant, in the School Room, Dunedin, Mr. Alexander Rennie, M.P.C., in the Chair. After two hours' delay, waiting for and bringing up a quorum, some routine business was disposed of, and the following statement of accounts, audited up to the 28th April, 1857, was submitted to, and adopted by, the meeting ; after which the office-bearers for the current year were elected, &c. : —
