Mr. Gillies' first letter upon the subject of education is in type, but owing to its length we are compelled to leave it over until our next issue. The report of the proceedings of the Education Board is also in type, but a gentleman who undertook to report his remarks furnished the ropy so late in the week that we have ho time to substitute his report for our own.
