TVTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an i- n Injunction has been applied for to restrain the Commissioner of Crown Lands from selling or otherwise disposing of lands surrounding the Otago block, until a further selection of 600,000 acres has been made to the satisfaction of the body of Landpurchasers who claim, under agreement with the New Zealand Company, to be parties to such selection, or until the meeting of the Council.
