AT a Meeting of the Market Committee, held on the 3d inst. to consider the best time for holding the Half-yearly Markets, Mr. Calder in the Chair, it was unanimously resolved— "That the first Friday in March, and the first Friday in November be fixed on as most suitable to hold such Markets for Horses, Cattle. &c."
