Maeandrew & Co. of One Pound Promissory Notes, payable at two months after date, is highly detrimental to the interests of the Settlement, and the introduction of an improper circulating medium, the effects from, which may ultimately prove ruinous. We therefore beg to inform the public, that in our mercantile transactions we will not accept the same as payments.
