Related to investigations being made :n Rotorua with the object of checking ® shrinkage of the supply of hot mineral water to the baths, there is the question of the establishing of a thermal regions observatory in the borough. It is h£tC that such an institution would materially aid in the economic utilisation, conservation and development of the thermal resources of the Dominion. Discussing the highly satisfactory result of the efforts or State officers to restore the pressure oi water to the Blue Baths, the Minister in charge of the Tourist and Publicity Department, Hon.
