OTAKI v. LEVIN This match, which was played on the Levin courts on Saturday, was again interrupted by ruin just when Otaki looked like emerging victorious over the championship holders. Never before have the Otaki ladies played so well and it will come as no surprise this season if the championship is won by Otaki. This being the second attempt, to play the match, it was agreed upon by the two captains to call it a draw, but whether this will be allowed to pass by the Manawatu Association remains to be seen. OHATJ The Foxton tennis team visited Ohau on Saturday afternoon to meet the Ohau representatives in an inter-club match in the southern division A grade tournament. Owing to the heavy rain which set in later in the afternoon, it was impossible to finish the match, but at the conclusion of play tho scores were: Ohau, 9 sets; Foxton, 2 .sets.
