TOTAL THIS YEAR. 3.55 INCHES. ♦ During the month of March the rainfall in Otaki was 2.51) inches. There were only four days on which rain fell, with the heaviest on the 11th, when no less than 2.31 inches fell, practically the whole of the fall for the mouth. The rainfall for the year to March ''.lst was 3.55 inches, while the tota! number of days on which rain fell was eighteen.
