OHAU WIN SOUTHERN AREA. By defeating Ihakara on Saturday the Ohau Tennis Club has won the southern division of the Manawatu Tennis Asociat'ion's "B"' grade competition, .and next week will meet the winners of the northern division at Palmersto'n North. Results of the final match were as follows, Ohau players, being mentioned first in each instance: — Ladies' Singles: Miss Attwood bear Miss Mitchell 6—3, Miss Small beat Miss Elliott o—l, Mrs. McLeavey beat Miss Cottle 6—o, Mrs. House beat Miss Johnson 6 —l. Men's Singles: H. Benning beat K. Llliott o—3, J. Davies beat R. Elliott o—3, Atkins lost to G. Elliott 5 —7, W. Benning beat Hensman 7—5. Ladies' Doubles: Misses Attwood and Small beat Misses Mitchell and Elliott o—l, Mesdames MeLeavey and House beat Misses Cottle and Johnson .5-4. | Men's Doubles: Benning and Davies beat K. and R. Elliott 6—4, Atkins and Benning beat G. Elliott and Hens-: man 7—5. Combined Doubles: Benning and Miss Attwood beat K. Elliott ana Miss Mitchell 6—o, Davies and Mrs. MeLeavey* beat R.
