* EEPORT BY FLYING COIHIITTEE. RUGBY. March 22. The report of the Gorell Committee on the control of Flying recommends that the Air Ministry should in future take cognisance of amenities as well a= safety aspects of flying. Other recommendations are that no increase in the number of existing aircraft used for banner-flying for advertising purposes should be permitted and that the licenses of those already operating should not be renewed beyond October. 1941; also that the flight of certain aircraft over large cities and towns should be prohibited in the interests of safety.
