MANAWATU TEAM FOR NOPERA CUP. . The following team has been chosen ;' to represent Manawatu in the chal- '■* lenge game for the Nopera Cup, at ;, present held by the Ruahine-Dnnne-j virko Association:—Goal, Mrs. Parker; backs, Miss Hawea, Miss Scott; halves, Miss Morgan, Miss V..lsaacs, Miss Godfrey; forwards, Miss Xewth, Miss Royal, Miss Duthie, Miss Hanson, Miss Simpson. Emergencies: Back, Miss Windley; forwards, Miss Smith, Miss Turner. The team will leave by cars from the Post Office on the day of the game at 12.45. Te Horo was unable to raise a team on Wednesday and consequently forfeited to Ruukuwa.
