SPEEDING UP MESSENGER-BOYS \" Boy messengers on motor-cycles 9fe m futur c -"to be employed .by the British Post Office for- the {delivery pf telegrams. A big scheme on these lines is under consideration by the P;0. authorities, 1 and when brought into operation it is expected to effect a considerable speed-up m the delivery of messages.
