On Tuesday evening members of: tH« Ladies' Guild; along with a/ few friends-, met at the home of Mrs Mills to receive a report regarding the receat bazaar. v During the evening, $Ur. H. Dyson, oA behalf of the ladiec and members of the congregation, .presented 7 Mrs 'Mills with a beautiful silver tea service as a token of appreciation. Rev. Dyson referred to the splendid service rendered m connection with the bazaar It had been a pleasure work With su«h a team of workers. Methodism would havea great future m the district if this spirit was allowed to dominate all their futur« work. It was f el t that the hospitality of Mrs Mills should be recognised, 'Aft - her home had been the central point of activity during the last month. > The silver cups wdn at the Baby Show Competition held at the Fajfc were also presented, as follows : First' prize, Baby Cathie Raffle- Seconjt} prize, Baby Smith ; and third priz^ Baby Pearton. " On Thursday next, November 11th, Mr H. Holmes fias kindly arranged a picture evening m the Hall. Proceeds ,will be devoted to the .. N»jr Church Building Fund. An excellent programme has been arranged. i
