Messrs Wright Stephenson and Co., report having sold on behalf of.the executo»s m the estate of ihe late Peter Milne, of Woodlands, their property adjoining Woodlands township containing m all about 342 acres at a sat;s factory price. S- ctions 62 and 63 block VI, Oteramika extending to 227 acres 2 roods 11 poles, on which the buildings are erected were purchased by Mr George P. C. Milne, and the balance oi about 115 acres being sections 64, 77, and 78 bkek VI Oteramika was taken by Mr Donald H. Milne.
