RAHOTU CARD EVENINGS W.D.F.F. AND CHURCH The first of a series of card evenings in aid of Women's Division funds was held in the hall. Prize-winners were: Mrs H. Gilhooly 1, Mrs E. Morrow and Mrs M. Williamson equal 2; Mr G. Dewdney 1, Mr H. Gilhooly 2; . lucky number, Mr J. Field. The second of the series, also held in the hall resulted: Mrs F. Lowry 1, Mrs J. J. Dalton 2; Mr. Dewdney 1, Mr. Morrow 2; lucky number, Mr E. Morrow. Anglican Mission . Mr and Mrs G. Wells held.-a , card afternoon and evening yt r .< their home in aid of Anglican Mission funds. Prizes at flag 500 in the afternoon were: Mesdames W. Butler, A. Haskell, F. Lowry and Miss Joyce Lowry 1, Mesdames G. Mabey, S. Pollock, J. Hodson, and Farlane 2, Mesdames R. Morgan, E. Morrow, H. Pennington and G. Wells 3, Mesdames R. Penwarden, A. Gibson and Miss Sybil Wills, consolation; , travelling prize, Mrs F. Lowry; lucky numbers, Mrs A. Haskell and Mr H. Pennington. Euchre prize winners at night were: Mrs W. Butler 1, Mrs B. Dalton 2; Mr W. Clarke 1, Mr J, Wells 2; lucky Mrs H. Clarke • and Mrs M. Barrett. Or Barnado Stall A Stall and Tea in.aid of Dr Barnado Funds was well patronised. Stall-holders were Mrs C. • Field and Mrs G. Wells; tearooms, Mesdames E. Morrow, J. Perry, L. Hodson and J. Lusk.
