LADIES' GOLF CLUB FAREWELL TO MEMBER Ideal weather favoured the ladies in the round played on Wednesday, Mrs. Nicoll winning- the senior stableford with a card of 31, and Mrs. Donnelley the Junior, returning* 28. Tomorrow afternoon all members are invited to attend a farewell afternoon to Mrs. Nicoll who is leaving the district. A Canadian foursome will be played commencing at 1.30 p.m. '*'Hidden-hole' Draw A hidden-hole competition will be played next Wednesday, the draw being as follows : Seniors: Mrs. Morris, Miss Trotter. The Opunake men's golf team comprising' 16 -players will visit Stratford on Sunday. The personnel of the team, together with time of departure, will be displayed in Mr. Les Des Forges window today.
