BAND EUCHRE
NEW SERIES GOOD ATTENDANCE , The first games in the second Euchre series conducted By the Opunake Federal Band took place on Saturday evening and a good attendance was again re-, corded. The games were keen and interesting and a dainty supper, donated by Mrs. Jackson and Messrs. E. Riley and G. Hooper was also enjoyed. Prize winners were: Ladies: Mrs. Thomas Ist., Mrs. J. Malcolm 2nd. Men: Mr. D. Johnston Ist., Messrs. C. Pollard, J. Rataki and C, King equfl 2nd. M r R. Siddells and. Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Smith were in charge of the card tables and supper arrangements.
