Public notice is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of “The Town Boards Act, 1908,” “The Eating Act, 1925,” and the amendments thereto that it is the intention of the Opuuake Town Board at a meeting to be held at the Town Board office on Monday, sth September, 1932, a; 7,30 p.m. to make and levy a General Rate of one and one-half pence (14d) in the £ on the rateable value (on the basis of the Capital Value) of all rateable property in the Opunake Town District. Also to make and levy a sanitation fee of one pound per pan in respect of the sanitation service in the Town District, such rate and fee to be for the period Ist April, 1932 to 31st March, 1933, and be payable in one sum on the 20th dav of September, 1932.
