The Rev, E. B. Chambers, Mrs Chambers and family will be the guests at a farewell function at the MethoJist Church on Friday night.

Generous appreciation of the Rev E, B. Chamber’s work was voiced atameetingof the Methodist Church Trustees at Opunake on Friday night. Reference was made to his workjn connecion with the erection of tlonew parsonage and the disposal of the old property, and members wished hi n well in his new charge. Mr Chambers leaves for Wbangarei on Monday next.

Visitors at present camped at Grcenmealows Beach are Mrs Climie, of Inglewood, and Sister Dew and Nurses Pride and Livesev of the New Plymouth Hospital staff
