St. Petersburg, August 29. Baltic landowners are enrolling old German soldier 3 to defend their estates and country houses. Count Orlowski has enrolledßs, Baron Heydockor 100. The German proas is protesting against this action. Three hundred and forty-two professors of the University of Odessa are ;!)3tainiug from their duties until the people are giveu all civil rights and universities receive academic autonomy. Other universities are imitating this example.
