THE Public Trustee hereby notifies that tenders will bo received at the Public Trust Office, Wellington, up to 3 o'clock p.m. on Wednesday, the 14th day of November, 19u0, for leases, under the provisions of “ The West Coast Settlement Reserves Act, 1692," and the regulations dated the 13th day of February, 1893, published in the New Zealand Qazetteot the 23rd day of February. 1893. and Kahili of the 23rd day of February, 1893, of the under-mentioned . reserves, in lots as numbered, and on the terms stated below. Conditions of tender can bo inspected, envelopes and printed forms of tender end declaration can be obtained, and also lithograph plans of the reserves, of the Postmasters at Opunake, Manaia, Normanby, Waitotara, Patea, Waverley, Stratford, Waitara, Okato, Oakura, Puniho, Puugarehu; and of the agents of the Public Trustee at Hawera, Palmerston North, and Wanganui; the office of T. W. Fisher, Esq., Reserves Agent, New Plymouth: or at tho office of the Public Trustee, Wellington. ♦ Valuation for improvements payable for the following lots: —Lot 14, £2O, for fencing; Lot 15, £l4, for fencing ; Lot 24, £7 10s., for fencing; Lot 32, £4O, for fencing and grassing.
