Handicaps appear on Thursday, Dec. 1. Acceptances on the grounds at 11.30 on the morning of sports, RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1 All nominations for handicaps must be accompanied with the necessary amount in cash or the nomination will not be forwarded to the handieapper, 2 No entry or nomination will be received except upon these conditions —That all disputes, claims and objections arising shall be decided by a majority of the committee present or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. 3 Not less than three competitors to start in each event or 2nd money will not be paid. 4 All protests to be in writing, and to be accompanied with a deposit of ss,within 15 minutes of finish of event, the deposit to be forfeited if protest is not sustained. 5 The Committee reserves the right of postponing the day of meeting, nominations, handicaps and entrances should they deem it fit to do so.
