Fox Street. —John Boyle (accepted), £3 12s 6d ; Gordon Mitchell, £4. DOMETT STREET. Resolved, That footpath be continued past sections 5 and 7, block 26. (Me-Gregor-Pepperill.) KING STREET. Mr Christie drew attention to the impassable state of the footpath on the south side of King street, between Layard and Aytoun streets. Resolved, That the overseer inspect and report on cost of footpath with a grade to Layard street and three feet of gravel in the centre. (Mc-Gregor-Christie.) ACCOUNTS. The following were passed for payment ;—Gordon Mitchell £lO 15s Id, Costello £4 9s 4d, Audit 10s, J. Martin 9s 3d, J. Guy £l 9s, Newman Bros 15s 6d, H. Oaplen £3 3s, J. S. Knobbs ,18s 9d. RATE DEFAULTERS. It was decided to take a ballot to select six names of those in default with their rates to be sued. DOMAIN BOABD. It was resolved to pay over the £lO granted as a subsidy to the Caledonian Society towards cost of fencing in oval. •
