PARIHAKA ROAD BOAREh NOTICE is hereby given that this Board proposes: (1) To construct a Gai t Bridge over the Warea River opposite Section 15, Block 9, Cape Survey District, and to form and metal the Newall Road from the said bridge to the western boundary of Section 1, Block 15, Cape Survey District. (2) To borrow for such purpose the sum of £ISOO under “ The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886,” and to pay out of such loan the cost of raising it, and one year’s interest during the construction and completion of the work. (3) To strike as security a Special Rate of s§d iu the £ on all the property hereinafter mentioned. (4) To constitute the Newall Special Rating District, comprising the following lands, viz., 0 Section 15, Block 9 ; Sections 1,2, 7,8, 9, and 10, Block 10 ; Sections 8,9, 10, 11, and 12, Block 14 ; and Sections 1, 2, and 8, Block 15, all of Cape Survey District; also that block of Native Land, containing 1020 acres, on south side of Newall Road, opposite Sections 27 and 15, Block 9, and Sections 1 and 2, Block 10, Cape Survey District, which laud is under the administration of the Public Trustee, and not at present liable to Special Rate.
