SPECIAL ORDER. ~~ TOTICE is hereby given that it is I proposed to pass the following Special Order, at a special meeting of the Board, tj be held on WEDNESDAY, 9th March, 1898: " That, to secure the repayment of a Loan of £250, raised under " The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act 1886," for the purpose of forming and metalling portions of the Ngariki Road, as follows, viz., 32 chains opposite section 8, 18 chains opposite section 9, and 10 chains opposite section 11 (total, GO chains), all of Block 11., Opunake Survey District. A Special Rate of in the £ be made and levied on the following lands, yiz-, Sections 9 10, 11, 12, and subdivisions 1 and 2 of Section 42, all of Block 11., Opunake Survey District, constituting the Ngariki Special Rating District.
