Disturbance in the Hinterland.

London, October 28. Disturbing news has been received from the Hinterland, and complications are feared at Nikhi. A British West Indian Regiment stationed at Lagos has been ordered to proceed to the frontier, Paris, October 28. It is reported that insistence by M. Hanotaux, Minister of Foreign Affairs upon the boundary of Hinterland of Lagos below town of Say on tbe right bank of the Niger, and Bamiaon western shore of Lake Chad, will be treated as open and real cause of delay of meeting the Anglo-French West African Valuation Commission. The French authorities declare the officers of Royal Niger Company are arming the natives and inciting the inhabitants of Kingdoms of Borgu and Bedia to rebellion.
