N.Z. Parliament.

Wellington, March 26

It is officially announced that Parliament will be called to despatch business on Tuesday week, not Monday week. The chief business wili be to sanction the Premier's visit to England, and granting of supplies. Captain Russell had a long interview with the Premier this morning. It is expected that the Premier and Mrs Seddon will leave for England by the Tougariro on April 15th. Farther that tha early session will close about 11th April, aud that the ordinary session will be held about the middle of September.
