NOTICE OF INTENTION TO make By-laws under and in accordance with " The Road Boards Act 1882," «• The Public Works Act 1894," and "The Public Works and Government Railways Acts Amendment Act 1895." Parihaka Road Board Office, January 12th, 1897. JUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given I that at a meeting held on Monday, December 21st, 1896, of the Parihaka Road Board, a resolution was passed and adopted, making Bylaws for Regulation of Heavy and Ordinary Traffic, in the Parihaka Road Board District, County of Taranaki. Such Resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a meeting of the Parihaka Road Boaid, to be held at the Road Board's Office, Rahotu, on Monday, February 15th, 1897, at 1 p.m. These By-laws shall come into force and opertition upon receiving the Minister's assent, as signified by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, and after having been published within the said Road District fourteen dayß before coming into force.
