TOTICE IS ~HEREBY GIVEN j that this Board proposes, at a' Special Meeting to be held on Monday, January 4th, to pass the following Special Order: That, to secure the repayment of a Loan of £4OO, raised under " The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886," for the purpose of forming and metalling a portion of the Waiteika Road from the Eltham Road inland, a Special Rate of 1 l-20d in the £ be made and levied over the following lands, viz.: Sections 93, 92, 91, 90, 89, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, Block XL, and Sections 45, 44, Block X., all in the Opunake Survey District, constituting the Upper Waiteika Road Special Rating District.
