Graham’s house. (2.) To borrow for such purpose the sum of £4OO under “ The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act 1886,” and to pay out of such loan the cost of raising said loan, and the first year’s interest. (8.) To strike as security a special rate of 1 l-20d in the £ on all ratable property hereinafter described. (4.) To constitute the Upper Waiteika Special Bating District, comprising the following lands, viz., Sections 93, 92, 91, 90, 89, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, Block XI., and Sections 45, 44, Block X., all in the Opunake Survey District.
