Sih, —In your issue of tho 25th, you puDlish a letter from your Oaouui correspondent, and it is to be regretted that when purporting to report facts ho neglected to do so by suppressing a portion of tbem. In view of an estimated expenditure of an additional £2OO or £3OO on the factory, we asked that an agreement should be made that either milk should be supplied to us for three years at current rates, or that the suppliers should purchase the factory at present valuation, plus additional amount' to be expended on it, with aV.owance for depreciation. Iu any year, if the milk suppliers were dissatisfied, they had the option of purchasing the factory.—We are, &c,
