OTICE is hereby given that this . , Board proposes, at an adjourned ordinary meeting to be held on Monday, February 24th, 1896, to pass the following Special Order: That, to secure the repayment of a loan of £4OO raised under the " Government Loans to Locd Bodies Act, 1886," for the purpose of forming and metalling the Namu Road, a Special Rate of 1 l-12d in the £ be made and levied over the following lands, viz : Sections 63, 60, 72, 73, 74, 75, 65, 68, 69, 70, 71 acd all unoccupied Native land fronting the Namu Road, all of Block IX, Opunake Survey District, and Section 1, Block IX and X, Opunake Survey District, constituting the Namu Special Eating District.
