Board proposes, at the next ordinary meeting, to be held on Monday, January 20th, 1896, to pass the following Special Order: That to secure the repayment of a loan of £6OO, raised under the “ Government Loans to Bocal Bodies Act, 1886,” for the purpose of forming and metalling the Opna Road, for a distance of two miles from the Main South Road, a Special Rate of 2£d iu the £ he made and levied over the following lands, viz., Sections 55, 54, 58, 7, 0. 8 and 1, all of Block IX., Opunake Survey District, and Sections 4,5, 6 and 7, Native Reserve, Block IX., Opunake Survey District, constituting the Opua Special Rating District.
