To form and metal the Namu Road from its junction with the South Rjad to a point 3 chains above the sectional boundary of S ctions 72 and 73. (2.) To borrow for such purpose the sum of £4OO uudtr " The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886," and-to pay out of such loan the cost of raising it. (3.) To strike as security a Special Rate of 1 l-12d in the £ on all the property hereinafter described. (4.) To constitute the Namu Special Rating District, comprising the following lands, viz , Sections 63, 60, 72, 73, 74, 75, 65, 68, 69, 70, 71, and all the unoccupied native land fronting the Namu Road, all of Block IX., Opunake Survey District, and Section 1, Block IX. and X., Opunake Survey District.
