To drain, form and grade the Ngariki Road, commencing at the boundary between Sections 11 and 12, Block 11., Opunake Survey District, and terminating at end of present felled road, opposite Section 18, Block 111., Opunake Survey District. (2.) To borrow for such purpose the sum of £GOO, under the Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 188 G, and to pay the cost of raising the said loan and first year's interest out of the money to be borrowed. (3.J To strike as security a Special Rate of 2jd in the £ on all ratable property within the district hereinafter described. . (4.) To constitute the Ngariki Special Rating District, comprising the following lands, viz., Sections 12, 13, and subdivisions 2 and 3 of Section 42, Block 11., Sections 1,8, subdivisions 1 and 2 of Section 2, and 16, 17, 18, 19, Block 111., and Section 3, Block IV., and all unoccupied native lands abutting on the Ngariki Road between the Wiremu Road and the Forest Reserve.
