To constitute the Ngariki Special Rating District, comprising the following lands, viz., Sections 12, 13, and subdivisions 2 and 3 of Section 42, Block 11., Sections 1,8, subdivisions 1 and 2of Section 2, and 16, 17, 18, 19, Block 111., and Section 8, Block IV., and all unoccupied native lands abutting on the Ngariki Road between the Wiremu Road and the Forest Reserve.
