(to the editor.) Sir, —It was a pity your Rahotu correspondent took up so much of your space with an account of this election, seeing it is invalid owing to the chairman (Mr E. R. Morgan) not being a qualified householder within the meaning of the Act. The Education Board, at its next meeting, will fix the date of the new election. —I am, &e., Q.H. New Plymouth, 30th April.
