NOTICE OF INTENTION TO make by-laws under the Road Boards Act, 1882, and the Public Works Act, 1894. Parihaka Road Board Office, Rahotu, March 29th, 1894. PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on Monday, 18th March, 1895, of the Parihaki Road Board, a resolution was passed and adopted making (by special order) by-laws for the regulation of traffic on all district roads within the Parihaka Road District. Such resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the Parihaka Road Board, to be held at the Board's Office, Rahotu, on MONDAY, 22nd April, 1895, at 8 p.m. The by-laws shall come into forca and operation on the 10th May, 1895, upon receiviug the assent of the Minister of Public Works, as signified by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette.
