(By Telegbaph.) (Special to the Times.) Hawera, This day. The following were the only nominations received, and were consequently declared duly elected :—Wuimate Riding: Forsyth, Stewart, and Proudlock; Mangatoki Biding: Macrae ; Okaiawa Riding: Heslop.
