The following tests are for January last.; The aatuples taken on the iir-t ./Otil-swifekfi' wore by tßfe “ dr:}- system.” The fifth week’s samples \.erj taken by dipping from the receiving at. The results are very significant, hi wing the difference with the two separate ways of taking samples for the two last weeks. The sample taken from receiving can showed : Four suppliers were two points higher than last week ; ten suppliers were two points lower than last week; two suppliers were four points lower than last week ; and thirteen suppliers were the same lest as the previous week. January 3rd.—Seven showed 3-4 ; 16, B*2; 6, 30. January 9th. —Five showed 3-G ; 17, 3-4 ; 5, 3.2; 2, 80. January 16tb. —One showed 3*B ; 8, 8-6;'15, 8-4; 5, 3-2. January 23rd.—One showed 3*B; 16, 8-6; 11. 8-4; 1, 3 2. January 30th (from receiving can). —Eleven showed B'C; 14, 8-4 ;4, 3*2. By the above the “ drip system ” showed best for the suppliers.
