HARBOR BOARD ELECTION.
We find we were misinformed as to the date of the Harbor Board elections which we stated would be held in March. We find that the time for holding such elections is February, and that nominations will bo called for in January. There is therefore no time to lose in selecting candidates to represent the country part of the district and wo would advise meetings being held at once to consider the best means of making effective efforts to that end.
