TOTICE is hereby given that this I , Board proposes : (1.) To form and metal the Ngariki Road from the termination of present metal, fronting Section 103, Block I, Opunake Survey District, to a point 5 chains east of the intersection of the Olmhu Road with the Ngariki Road, and to drain, giaie and form the said road from the termination of metal to a point about 75 chains eastward, terminating opposite Section 18, Block 8. (2.) To borrow for such purpose the sum of £1350 under " The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 188 G," to pay out of such loan the cost of raising it. (3.) To strike as security a Special Rate of 3|d in the £ on all rateable property within the district hereinafter described. (4.) To constitute the Ngariki Special Rating District, and to comprize the following lands; viz.:—Section 103, Block 1, Sections 4,5, 0,7, 8, 9,10,11,12,13, and Subsections 1,2, 8 of Section 42, Block 2, and Sections 1, 16, 17, 18, 19, Block 3, a»id Section 3, Block 4, and all the unoccupied lands fronting the Ngariki Road between the • South Road and the Forest Reserve, all in the Opunake Survey District.
