RAHOTU.
(Oub Own Corresi-ondenx.) I see that the land wjjich was surveyed about four months ago, between the Kgariki and Arawbata Roads is to be leased by tender on sth January next. The importation of some new blood amongst the settlers in this district should stir them up a little. There seems to be a good many who are sunk deep in a state of apathy respecting public affairs, such as roads, &c. Two weddings have taken place at Rahotu during the past week.
