Section 4, Block XV, Cape Survey District, and also to fall and stump the said road from the end of present falling to the Forest Reserve, a Special Rate of 4|d in the £ be male and levied over the following lands, viz.: Sub-sections 1, 2,3, 4,5, of Section 118 ; Sub-sections 1,2, of Section 123 and Section 121, Block I; and Sections 18, 19, 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, Block 11, and Sections 3,4, 5,7, Block •111, Opunake Survey District ; and Sections 1,2, 3, 4,5, 18, 19, 20, 21, 17, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, Block XIV; and Sections 4,5, Block XV, Cape Survey District; and all the* unoccupied lands abutting on either side of the Kabui East Road between the South Road and the Forest Reserve.
