The following impudent letter has been received from Oswald Stevenson by Mr Falkner, manager of the Riverdale Dairy Factory “ Sydney, 35th October., 1894. Dear Frank,—Just a line to say farewell. I’m oft’ to Coolgardie, and from there will go home to England. I have written to Mr Budge regarding my affairs, and will pay up any deficiency that may be. Please drop me a few lines'in the course of the season, and say how the factory is doing. I hope you will have good success. Kind regards to all my friends. Yours sincerely, Oswald Stephenson. Written in haste ; train just starting.” The letter to Mr Badge is in somewhat similar terms as to paying up deficiency, and gives a London address. —Star.
