Section 123 and Section 121, Block I; and Sections 18, 19, 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, Block 11, and Sections 3,4, 5,7, Block 111, Opunake Survey District ; and Sections 1,2, 3, 4,5, 18, 19, 20, 21, 17, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, Block XIV; and Sections 4,5, Block XV, Cape Survey District; and all the unoccupied lands abutting on either side of the Kahui East Road between the South Road and the Forest Reserve.
Such rate to be an annually recurring rate for 2G years, and shall be payable in one instalment at the office of the Board, Rahotu, on the Ist January in each year. E.
